I do not remember my username, email address or mobile number; how do I log in?

If you do not remember any of these details, you may follow the steps below:

• Step 1: Visit https://id.astro.com.my/ and click on "Forgot Astro ID?"
• Step 2: Enter your Account / Smartcard Number. If you do not know where to find it, click on “Where to find your Account/ Smartcard Number”

Note: Only Astro customers whose Astro ID is linked to their subscription can retrieve their Astro ID using this method. Otherwise, you will need to create a new account.
