Can I return the box even after I have been charged for the box fee?

Yes, you may return Astro equipment even after being charged for the box fee.

Please contact Astro to schedule for equipment collection. A courier partner agent or installer will call for the collection.

After successfully returning the box, Astro will proceed to waive off the box fee within 30 days from the confirmation date of the returned items to our Astro warehouse.
