Here's how to refresh your smartcard in My Astro:

1. Open/Download the My Astro app or visit My Astro web
1. Login with your Astro ID
1. Go to Account
1. Tap on Subscription or TV pack
1. Tap on Rooms
1. For the box that you would like to refresh the smartcard, tap on 'Refresh box' button. This will refresh your Astro box signal
