What will happen if I don't make payment before the due date?

We wish to advise you to make your payment before the following month's bill is generated in order to avoid interruption in your viewing experience. Please note that to reconnect your subscription, there will be a charge of up to RM20 (excl. gov tax) upon reconnection, except for Commercial & Hotel customers.
