What is this “Astro ID Verification” activity?

Starting 16 February 2024, you may be asked to perform Astro ID verification when you log in to their Astro account on digital platforms such as www.astro.com.my, Astro GO, My Astro etc. This 2-step process encompasses verifying your email address or phone number and re-entering of your existing password.
