Why do I need to return the Ultra Box or Ulti Box and the SIM Card?

The Ultra Box or Ulti Box and the SIM Card are property of Astro, as per our General Terms and Conditions for Astro Services. Therefore, customers are accountable for returning the boxes upon the termination of their Astro subscription. Otherwise, an RM100 (exclusive of Sales and Service Tax) box fee will be charged to the customer's account.
